Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. If you order before noon, we’ll often ship it the same day.

Free shipping on orders of €29.95 or more. For orders under €29.95, there’s a flat fee of €4.99 for packaging and shipping.

You’ll receive a DHL tracking link in your shipping confirmation. DHL typically delivers within 2–3 business days in Germany.

We use PayPal as our payment provider for all orders.

You don’t need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. During checkout with PayPal, you can press the white button "Checkout without a PayPal account" and your order will be processed seamlessly without creating a PayPal account.

You can return purchased items within 30 days for any reason.
